Holistic Bodywork

 

This service blends different bodywork modalities (light stretching, swedish massage, myofascial release, cupping) to increase relaxation in the body, mind, and nervous system. The pressure ranges from light to medium (never deep) as the focus is on restoring balance to self from issues such as chronic stress, anxiety, chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, trauma, or chronic illness.

 

Ayurvedic Bodywork

Ayurvedic massage is an Indian practice that incorporates heated essential oils and herbs with a full body massage. The therapist uses relaxing circular and long, gliding strokes to increase blood flow, energy balance, reduce stress, and decrease pain. Face, scalp, feet, and abdomen are massaged as well. Beneficial for helping anxiety, stress, insomnia, GI issues, chronic pain, and inflammation.

Reiki Massage

​This service is a combination of energy healing (reiki) and Swedish massage. Blockages in the energy field as well as tension in the musculature are released in a relaxing and intuitive practice. Reiki Massage leaves you feeling more balanced mentally, physically, and spiritually.

 

Abdominal Massage 

This massage focuses on the upper and lower abdomen (and sometimes lower back) to help alleviate pain and issues affecting these areas of the body. Swedish massage, cupping, and acupressure techniques are used to release tension from the musculature, increase lymph and blood circulation, and promote optimal digestion. This is a great complementary service for digestive issues (e.g., IBS, Crohn's, colitis) and reproductive issues (e.g., PCOS, endometriosis, PMS). Accepting both men and women clients.

Fertility Massage 

The practitioner uses a combination of massage and bodywork techniques, as well as Nurturing The Mother Fertility and Mayan Abdominal Massage techniques, on the abdomen, hips, sacrum, spine, and any other areas to help bring balance and flow back to the reproductive system and the body. These techniques help to increase the flow of chi, blood, and lymph in the body and uterus. First session includes 90 minute massage, 15 minute consultation and 15 minute self-massage tutorial.

Reflexology Reiki

Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet or hands to help correct energy flow throughout your body. Reiki, a Japanese energy healing technique which reduces stress and promotes relaxation through gentle touch. Hot towels and aromatherapy (optional) are included.

​Intuitive Healing

This service uses healing modalities (Tibetan singing bowls, reiki, chakra balancing) customized to best fit your goals towards healing. The practitioner will guide you through breathwork to enter a relaxed state.

Mobile Animal Reiki 

​Reiki is a Japanese palm or hands on healing. I use reiki to transfer positive energy into the client and help increase flow of chi throughout the body which helps lower stress, boost immunity, and increase relaxation. Reiki is often used for humans or animals that have chronic health issues or to ease end of life transition. I'm only working with cats, dogs, and horses at this time.
